In compliance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE), these are the details of whoever provides the Marsof Academy service.

Purpose and terms

This site offers Marsof Academy, an online AI Engineering learning platform paid by subscription (Pro). Browsing the public pages is free; using the platform requires an account and accepting the terms of use. Buying Pro is governed by the terms of sale and the refund policy, and data processing by the privacy and cookie policies.

Intellectual property

The texts, exercises, illustrations, code and design of Marsof Academy belong to Carlos Gálvez Carrillo or their authors. You may use them to study; you may not copy, distribute or resell them without permission. Details are in the terms of use.

Liability

We try to keep the information accurate and the service working, but there may be errors or interruptions, which we'll fix as soon as we learn of them. Regarding what users post in the Community, we act as a hosting provider: we aren't liable for that content as long as we don't have actual knowledge that it is unlawful and, once we do, we'll remove it promptly (art. 16 LSSI-CE and art. 6 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, the Digital Services Act). Links to external sites are provided for reference; we don't control their content.

Applicable law

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you can go to the courts of your place of residence and to the consumer services of your region.
