Is anything free?
You can see the home page, the syllabus and the prices without paying. To study you need a subscription: it gives you access to everything from day one and you can cancel anytime.
Who helps me if I get stuck or have a problem?
The AI tutor helps you with your study questions at any time (it guides you with questions, without giving you the solution) and in the Community other learners answer. For payments, your account or any problem a person answers you by email at carlosgc@marsofacademy.com, usually within 48–72 h.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, in a couple of clicks from Subscription → Manage subscription. You won't be charged again and you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
What about the 14-day right of withdrawal?
Pro is digital content you access immediately. That's why, before paying, we ask you to confirm you want to start now and that you know you lose the right of withdrawal by doing so. The terms of sale and the refund policy explain it.
How do I pay? Do you store my card?
You pay on a secure Stripe page by card or other methods Stripe offers. We never see or store your card details. Stripe emails you the invoices.
Where do I manage my subscription and invoices?
In the Stripe portal (Subscription → Manage subscription) you can update your card, download your invoices and cancel whenever you like.
What happens if a payment fails?
Stripe retries the payment for a few days. Meanwhile you keep access for a 7-day grace period; if it isn't resolved, your access is paused without losing your progress.
Are the certificates official qualifications?
No. They are verifiable certificates of what you've demonstrated in the academy, not official qualifications.
Which languages is the academy available in?
Spanish and English. The English version is in beta: the interface and the explanations are translated, but some code comments and test messages are still in Spanish.
